I have never been treated as poorly as I did. I was harassed by sales reps during a time when I went through surgery and I was recovering from blood clots. We were treated very unprofessional over the phone to the point that they were yelling at us. Sub-contractor for siding was a bully and I did not want to be at home while he was working on installation. We were being forced to sign papers before the job was done. I asked for samples to verify colors and they were not provided. We did not get what we expected. I will not recommend anyone to go through what we went through with this company. I am not sure the products are worth the hassle. We replaced all the windows and siding so we spent a lot of money to be treated this way. Sales reps just cared about getting the finance papers signed and nothing else. I should have paid more attention to another post where indicates that sales person was pushy. They destroyed our windmill, about 6 solar lights, damaged small trees and bushes. The backyard was a mess and I am not sure my fire-pit works now. They were not careful with my property

My salesman was Ken Jankowski. I was referred by a co-worker who had a very good experience with the company. Mr. Jankowski came on a Saturday and gave me a straight forward, no nonsense presentation. He was done in about 45 minutes to get the ball rolling. Within a few days I was contacted to have someone come do exact measurements, and the windows were installed three weeks later. The gentlemen who installed the windows was Marshall, along with another installer whose name I cannot remember. They arrived within the stated period of time, looked at the job and got started. I am a person who has animals and they were in a designated room; the last to be done. They followed my instructions concerning my pets and all went very well. The installation took about 2 ½ hours and they cleaned up after themselves. Kind, courteous and hard working installers. I highly recommend Advanced Windows to anyone looking to replace or get new windows installed.

Darren worked with us while we contemplated quotes from nearly 10 other window companies. We narrowed it down to a final few and went back and forth for several days, asking each provider to answer more questions. At times the other vendors seemed annoyed, but Darren was always happy to answer our questions and address our concerns. Darren obviously believes in his product and we felt he was straight up with us. Darren also did everything he could to work with us and within our budget. In the end, we went to the showroom to see the windows and discuss the last remaining hesitations we had. We left after signing the deal with Advanced and feeling very good about our decision. It came down to the quality of the window, the warranty, and level of service we received and we feel like we made the best choice.

I had a wonderful experience with Advanced Windows. We had them do our upstairs windows a number of years ago and now it was time for the basement windows...which I might add had rusted terribly. Ken came out and looked at them and then called two colleagues. He sent them photos and got their input as to a solution to the problem. We decided on a plan that I was pleased with and wrote up the contract. I could not believe my eyes when I saw the installed windows. They looked better than I could even imagine. They installed a wrap to fix the rust situation and make sure everything was waterproof. Advanced Windows is in business to please the customer. They were courteous and went the extra mile to make sure I was pleased with the results.

I had a good experience meeting with Darren about replacing the windows in my 60 year old house. I appreciated that he followed up with us so quickly to arrange a time for the consultation and answered questions thoroughly. I am especially grateful that Advanced Window is EPA certified and recognized my concerns about the potential for lead paint on our original windows. The quote we were given for double hung windows was very reasonable- far lower than another bid we had and was only slightly higher than the quote a company that was not EPA certified gave us for single hung windows! We will be going with Advanced for our window replacement and I will be sure to update the review when I get the actual windows in!

Let the buyer beware with these guys. Their bid for 6 windows started at $5500.00 -and without shopping around I signed a contract - after I realized how much I was overpaying I cancelled the contract (three day window) I got other estimates and their bid suddenly dropped down to $2600 for the SAME windows (despite their assurance that their windows were much, much better than the others I was quoted). The salesperson was very aggressive and became very rude when I opted to go with someone else. After such a high quote I felt they were too unethical to proceed with the lower price no matter how great they say their windows are....shop around and proceed with caution.

Not sure why you would have any negative reviews! Salesman was very professional and thorough and asked all of my questions and brought in several samples and was very thorough in figuring out what would look and work best but also not break the bank. The manufacturing and installing of the windows took less time than what I was quoted and the install was taken care of by two friendly men in less than a day. These windows are not only beautiful especially in comparison to the awful single pane aluminum ones I had but they are already making a difference on indoor temperature and keeping outside sounds, outside! Thanks for the great service, will highly recommend!

Advanced Window Products manufactures quality, price-valued windows. The great thing about this company is that it is local. I am always for supporting local businesses especially when their product is of high quality and affordable. They offered me a free estimate and they do custom measurements! Their customer service was great, which is more than I can say for most large businesses. They will continue to have my business as long as they continue producing and selling a great product. I love how these windows make my home look clean and new. I would definately recommend Advanded Windows to anyone who is looking to purchase new windows for their home or business.

Adavanced Windows did a fantastic job on window replacement in our home, primarily basement windows. The sales bid offered me was exactly what I had asked for, unlike bids I had recieved from some other companies. The salesman was very knowlegable and upfront about all of the costs associated with our window replacement, as well as potential issues with my property. Installation was quick, easy, and effective. The windows themselves are great quality, and have made a significant impact on our homes energy efficiency, and overall value. I hope to soon have all of the remaining windows in my home securely replaced by Advanced Windows.

Our experience has been top-notch, from the sales personnel (Ken) to the installation crew. The installation was scheduled for the day that the storm with those two tornadoes blew through the area. Advanced sent three crews to try and get in ahead of the storm, but right in the middle of the job, the storm arrived! The crews were amazing and worked right through, albeit from the inside and not on the ladders outside and completed the job in an exemplary and safe manner. We were very impressed with their work and would recommend Advanced Window Products to anyone who wants a quality product and a quality installation! Well done!

Advanced windows installed my windows in October 2013. Now in January the only difference I notice is that my house stays a little warmer. as for the noise...I honestly think its worse. I purchased my windows through Advanced because they gave me a great price and the salesman and manager really fought for my business. I was looking to find windows that would help with heating and the noise from my neighborhood. As I said before, The heating part of expectations is better than what it was (not was I was hoping for) but the noise part seemed to get worse. I referred my neighbor, they seem to have the same exact issues.

I am a licensed architect in the state of Utah and a project manager over many remodel and new construction jobs at The U. I receive bids all the time from suppliers and contractors. When it came to replacing windows in my home, I went out for bids and had 5 companies come out. Ken with advanced was by far the least aggressive and seemed most honest. They had by far the best bid by thousands. Matt did a great job with the installation. Took his time. Manufacturing and installation deadlines were met. They even followed up after install. Highly recommend.

In 2010 we had 13 new windows installed in our home upstairs. We love them, they are easy to clean and the quality is excellent. Now in fall of 2016 we have ordered 5 new windows for our downstairs which will make new windows all around. The installation in 2010 was done efficiently and now the ordering and measuring part of the last 5 windows has been completed. We are looking forward to having them installed the first part of December. Our salesman, Ken, has been friendly, on time, efficient and thorough. We give him top marks.

Darren explained the window manufacturing and installation processes. He answered our questions. The quoted price was lower than all competing bids. We replaced 17 windows. Installation occurred on schedule. John and Dale, the installers, are very congenial. They removed the old windows and installed the new very efficiently and quickly. It took less than two days. Our windows look great. We are pleased with the the entire process. We definitely recommend Advanced Window Products for the quality of the product and the installation.

The easiest part of our renovation was getting new windows from Advanced Windows. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Todd was a great salesperson, he came to our home and taught us about the windows and gave great suggestions such as using a window that slides up and down with a rain pattern just on the bottom half of the small bathroom window to have privacy while still getting light into the room (we LOVE it). Chris did a great job installing our 10 windows in just a few hours. We love the look of the new windows. Thanks!

I am very please with the purchase of our new windows from Advanced Wndows Usa! We have notice quite a bit how much cooler our home stays in this extreme heat. I love the quality of the window, they really do keep a home cool and warm in the winter. Every one we have dealt with has been extremely helpful. I have to give special Props to our sales man KEN. The remodeling project on my newly purchased home was extensive. In terms of windows alone, I needed 46 new ones in varying shapes and sizes. I called Advanced and spoke with Joe. He came out to measure. He listened to my needs and shared his expertise. My new windows have now been installed, and I am so happy with the results. The installation crew did a great job, and Joe followed through with me every step of the way. If you need windows or siding, I highly recommend giving Joe a call.

My salesman, Rob Mower, was extremely helpful in getting me through the process. It was a big step and a lot of money on a tight budget but he was very patient and helpful in answering any questions I had and seeing the project through to the end result. I am very pleased with the windows. They are truly beautiful. The installers did an excellent job.
