We were selling our house and discovered from the home inspection we were missing a few shingles from heavy winds on the west side . I never saw the damage since all the shingles visible from the ground looked perfect and none could be seen that were missing. I wanted to get the repair done before the appraisal so I decided to call 4 different roofing companies. One rep showed a day late and quoted an outrageous amount for the repair. One rep kept saying he was coming but the weather was always holding him back. One rep never showed at all and I never heard from them after initial contact. The Aspen Rep (Ryan) said they would be out on a Monday at 11 am to quote the repair. He even called me that morning to say he was running a couple minutes behind. Within hours he emailed me a quote and told me to call his office to get on the schedule and make the 30% down payment. I explained the situation to the office and in 3 days they had the repair complete. They even gave me a certification for the appraiser. Fast, courteous and responsive. That is my idea of customer service. Thank you!

I investigated many roofing companies, too many. I went with Aspen because they were the most professional and the most thorough. Jon was very patient with all my requests, followed up quickly, and addressed in detail every question and concern I had before I agreed to have them do the job. The roofing crew was careful to do the job properly and they were pleasant to work with (Rafael and Luis). I had them do a small shed roof over the front door in copper, just as an accent piece for the house. Jon was excellent in describing options, meeting with me to show me samples, etc. Eduardo, the copper technician, was absolutely fantastic and a real pleasure to deal with. He took the time to make sure that everything was just perfect, answered my questions, and made adjustments to be sure the copper was perfect and that I was happy with it. Everyone I worked with at Aspen (President, crew, production mgr, office staff) were great. Aspen went beyond the mark for me and I highly recommend them for your project.

During a major rainstorm this summer, a bay window leaked badly. Water was coming in through the window from above. I was convinced that we would need to replace flashing & shingles to resolve the problem. I called Aspen Roofing and talked to Ash. He identified the root cause. It had nothing to do with flashing and shingles. It was related to the fact that our gabled roof drained into a single gutter; the gutter overfilled; and the overflowing gutter backed up water in such a way that water ran into the window. His solution was to divert the water away from the window & reinstall the gutter. That work was done very professionally, and I am amazed with how well the crew was able to match the colors of the repairs with what previously existed. The job was very well done. So, now I can sit back, relax, and say LET IT RAIN AND SNOW ! ! !

We had the misfortune to start our complete re-roofing at the same time that El Nino decided to start dumping copious amounts of snow in the Avenues in December. I had my doubts that anyone would work in those conditions but I was wrong! They worked whenever possible and in terrible conditions. They met several special requests and, while it took some time due to the weather conditions, the roof looks great. I was always met with kindness and respect and would have not liked to go through a winter re-roof with anyone else. Good product and good people all around. Completely honest. Glad I found them and did business with them.

I had a repair project for my roof where I needed to replace several shingles that had been damaged and blown off. I started it myself thinking it was no big deal and got into trouble when shingles started to come apart as I was trying to lift them. I was damaging more than replacing. Add to that the fact that my roof had non-standard size shingles and I was in a mess. I decided to call Aspen roofing for help. They got an installer out to my house about 2 hours after I called and he fixed it for me. He did a great job and was polite and helpful when I had questions. The service and quality are top notch. Aspen Roofing recently took care of some minor roofing repairs for me after a wind storm. They were out quickly after I called to look at the damage and make an estimate, and gave me a detailed explanation of what the repair would involve. Ash also took the time to show me several interesting things about the state of my roof in general (both good and things that might require maintenance or improvement in the future). The time and detailed information was much appreciated. The repair itself was done quickly and satisfactorily, and held up to another round of significant wind the very day it was done.

Aspen replaced my entire roof with new asphalt shingles 5 years ago. They honored their commitments did an outstanding job at a competitive price. The roof still looks like new. If any issues do come up, I am confident I can rely on Aspen. Last week, I had a light tunnel installed on the roof to light one of the interior rooms. I called Aspen again. Their technician was courteous and did an excellent job on the installation. The price was fair. I have recommended Aspen to anyone needing roof work and plan to go to them if/when I need future roof work.

I replaced the evaporative cooler on top of my house. The new building codes required that the upducting be raised for the new cooler. So there was a patch job that needed to be done. It took a few days to get the job scheduled with Aspen Roofing but then they called me almost two weeks before the scheduled work date and had an opening that day. They did an excellent job. The employees were kind, courteous, and professional plus their roof repair was outstanding and they cleaned up afterwards. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent.

Aspen Roofing recently finished a total re-roof on my rental duplex. Everybody was very professional and responsive. Their attention to keeping the site clean was very important to me as a landlord, and they did a great job. Their communication was also good, as they contacted me with the (too many) problems they encountered when removing the old roof (which was very poorly done). I can sleep at night now knowing I have a great roof that will last as long as I own the property (and for many years beyond)!

I worked with Ryan and Chris who were both courteous and professional. A flat roof was repaired that had been leaking off and on for years. They pulled off two roofs with multiple layers and fixed a gutter problem that was created by a previous and very poor roofing company. It has rained heavily 2 or 3 times and just had a 24 hour snow and wind storm and everything passed with flying colors. Very happy with their work and would both use them again and recommend them highly. Thanks to all involved!
