Recently my wife and I found ourselves in need of an exceptional criminal attorney. After some research and recommendations, we hired Richard Suzuki based on his reputation and long history of success. We found not only an exceptional attorney, more importantly to my wife and I, we found an exceptional human. Absent personal judgement, Richard went to great pain to ensure that both of us understood the complex processes and protocols and how each step of his fundamentally sound strategy fit within the larger context. Richard has rich experience on both sides of the courtroom which helped us understand many of the events that occurred during our case. At each event along the process, he would explain what would happen and offer options along with his recommended course of action. We followed his counsel the majority of the time, however, on the rare occasion when we went a different path, Richard supported that decision with the same energy and enthusiasm as if we had chosen his path. At no point did Richard sugar coat anything; however, he was sensitive to the needs of my family throughout the process. An remarkable communicator, Richard conducted himself professionally at all times while ensuring that all parties knew his position. Richard and his highly knowledgeable, professional staff provided myself, my wife, and my family a measure of comfort and support that I would not have predicted possible under the circumstances. In these days we hear about moral and personal integrity; Richard exemplifies these qualities. Moreover, he is diligent for and protective of his clients throughout. Were we to need an attorney again, we would call Richard. If you ever find yourself in need of an attorney, I highly recommend that you call him too. You will not find a better attorney in Arizona.

After 3 Attorneys, Finally the Right One! My husband was involved in a very serious and complicated case facing several high level felonies and mandatory years of prison. I hired Richard Suzuki after I was involved in a collision where the other driver made a U-turn against a posted sign prohibiting U-turns. The other driver’s insurance company refused to accept responsibility that their driver was at fault. Richard and the firm’s awesome paralegal, Pearl Estep, obtained the accident report and even sent an investigator to the scene to take photos at no cost to me. Once they completed their own investigation, they immediately forwarded the documentation to the other insurance company demanding acceptance of responsibility so I could get my car repaired before my college classes started again. About a week later I received a call from the adjuster of the other insurance company who said he had reviewed the detailed investigation that Richard’s firm had done and were now going to accept full responsibility.
