Completely confused! I spent all the money I had on trying to get my kids back That I had raised for the last 1 1/2 - 2 years by myself and I thought that when getting a lawyer it meant that they would fight for the things that you want. But to my surprise and sad awakening. If your a male getting a lawyer means that your paying for the other party to get everything they wanted. My Lawyers name was Stacie and she listened intently to everything that my Ex wanted and made sure she got it. My Ex sold drugs that she stole from here job had drug addicts and a prostitute living with her. One person even had a warrant for her arrest. But other then a table with 3 legs and a old 22 caliber rifle she got everything she wanted. Now I have no control over my children. I see them way less then what I did before and Ex is allowed to get on Ahcess and live off of state benefits. Keep in my this is my first time going through this but in other lines of business when you pay for something you normally get what you want. So I am puzzled on if this is regular treatment.

I had an extremely frustrating, and stressful experience with this law firm in Mesa, Arizona. The lawyers I worked with were unprofessional. Time after time, I was kept in the dark about my case processes unless I asked, and had to plead with the paralegal not to keep me in the dark on several occasions. Simply put, that was part of her job description because not doing so was a breach of contract. I had to perpetually ask or I would find myself blind sighted. For example, I did not know that I had to stay with the firm a little over a month after my divorce was over with and my lawyer did not tell me. I learned by accident from a staff member that should not have been designated to inform me. It should have been from my legal representation. Please take my word for it and steer clear of this fly by night business!

My experience with Heather and My AZ Lawyers was much better than I expected. My mother had to file bankruptcy in order to pay for back taxes and neither of us had filed bankruptcy before, so this was all new. We had a free consultation with Heather and the firm. They guided and informed us of all our options and always let us know what to expect during and after the process. I meet with Erin Peterson at My AZ Lawyers a couple weeks ago. She was amazing, very knowledgeable and so caring. I am a grandparent in the middle of a case, visitation to my little granddaughter. In the event I have to hire an attorney, I will be contacting them again to take on my case. I have contacted a few attorneys, but never felt like anyone cared, until I met with Erin Peterson. I may not be able to afford to hire an attorney at this point, but will try to save money so I can. I felt the down payment was very reasonable. Erin Peterson is wonderful and caring Senior Paralegal!

They helped me to convince a very dear friend to end a VERY bad marriage, and helped her to protect herself from an abusive spouse. Unfortunately, the situation devolved into a difficult custody battle. They took her case when others had turned her down, and responded each time her husband escalated matters.
