My experience was mixed. Had a good initial discussion with Jake as to what would be done to my trees and the cost. Did not receive the detailed estimate via email. Got an email requesting deposit of 1/2 the cost in advance of any work. Crew showed up per appointment and trimmed trees, pretty much as originally discussed. Had to point out a few spots where more trimming was required. Clean up and haul off of trimmings was haphazard. Many small cutting left in my landscaped beds and in the trees (which blew down onto the lawn and beds over subsequent weeks). Paid 2nd half of cost at completion of job with a check. I have had better experiences with two other tree trimming services. I do not recommend ABC for tree trimming.

ABC gave me the best care of my lawn and pest control. Ms Melissa Ponder, gave us special care and service. She personally came to our home to replace a Memorial Stone that was accidentally broken with a new stone for replacement. She also brought a gift for our home. Wonderful service, I would recommend ABC to my friends and neighbors. They have given us great service for many years. Special "Thanks," to Melissa, her compassion and care to detail of our home. Never return phone calls or advise if not going to show up for scheduled appointment. I understand due to several days of rain but they should call if they are cancelling. One day I came home and it was a surprise that service was done but not completely. Still left a bunch of debris and growth on the fence in the backyard. 100% of weeds came back. Called again to speak to manager and was told a manager would call but again no call back. Now billing department is calling saying I owe. I will pay the rest when you complete the work.

I would like to say a big thank you to Christina Schweter in the lawn service department for all of her help. I call three times trying to get an emailed receipt because I was on a time crunch to close on our house. We needed to provide a receipt of the repair to the buyers. The first two never went through but she was so nice and helpful the whole time. The third one went through and she was just so helpful and nice! The repairman that came out to our house was also very nice and professional and fixed our sprinkler very quickly!

Customer service is great on.the phone, however actual completion of the work is non-existent. We contracted with them for pest control and we have to call them out more often than the contract requires to take care of ants.
