Came in from out of town to help a friend out and watch their house. Found that the 1/2 bath was still not working and that the 18 yr old disposal was leaking. After a quick google search for this are - three companies came up, I reviewed all comments and decided to call Big City Plumbing. Peter answered, set up an appt for next day between a scheduled time. Jeff came out and with in an hour did both jobs and left. Great work and fairly reasonable. Peter answered all 3 of my calls promptly regarding appt times, consult on my problems and all of my concerns. Thanks!

I have had two great experiences with this company. They are quick to respond, the prices are extremely reasonable, and the staff and technicians have always been very polite. I recommend them for your plumbing needs. In one instance, they unclogged the drain pipe from my washer, and gave me a 1 year warranty on the work. This weekend, they came to replace my water heater the same day I called them. They are a really good, local company.

This is THE BEST plumbing company in San Antonio!!! Travis is a great plumber, great customer service, and extremely reasonably pricing. Not only have I had work done at my house, but my parents have been super happy with their work, AND we do business with them at work. If you need a plumber, there is no one else I would recommend higher than Big City!!! A+++

These guys do great work at a reasonable price. Peter came to my house and took care of a few issues with our toilets as well as our bathtub and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. We were impressed with his attitude, work ethic, and customer service skills.
