I had an issue with my Policy; and had the pleasure of speaking with Jorge Yassiel, being in the Customer Service field I must admit that Jorge has put another star to Estrella, Representative was very Professional, addressed all my concerns, and followed up with me to see if there is anything else I needed. What really "WOW" me was, Though I could have gotten a copy of my Insurance Policy online, Jorge insured I received a personal copy via email. Great Customer Service in going above and beyond, I will definitely refer friends and Family to Estrella.
