Excellent place to stay. From walking in the door initially, I knew this would be a nice place. John, from the front desk was inviting to my wife and me, giving us a short tour of the facility. The room was incredibly nice, large, clean and felt fresh. The furnishings were nice. The 24 hour snack bar was not only nice, but did not boast huge price tags as most hotels do. (I recommend a buffalo chicken wrap) I would recommend this place to almost anyone traveling in these parts. Braco Hyatt, you have developed a great property here. I only wish that I could find one like this in the Houston area where I frequently travel.

The Hyatt was a great place to stay! The breakfast was really good, and the room was very comfortable. However, what stood out the most was the staff. From the moment my wife and I checked in, we were well taken care of. Both nights during our stay, we went to the main lobby for some late-night snacks, and we had a great time chatting with the staff as they took our order- very polite, friendly, and quick to serve you. It was much appreciated, and we would gladly return without hesitation.

This hotel is very clean and has a lot of potential but I feel short on the details. For example the sink stopper could not be opened all of the way nit could it be closed all the way. The in room coffee maker would not turn on. I had to go to the front desk for lotion since none was left in the room. I did appreciate the free drinks in the lobby and the breakfast was tolerable but nothing to write about.

The room was very spacious and spectacular very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The amenities of the hotel was outstanding. Everything was very clean and wiped down. The food as far as the breakfast was concerned was Immaculate every single morning very fresh. The fruit with hand-cut very fresh and well presented.

Horrible. The bathroom sink is outside the bathroom, laundry service only cleans every 3 days, and the on demand movies are old and terrible. The only good part was the small outdoor pool. The rooms have fake balconies and th building is just old. It looks like someone just dressed it up to try and make it new looking and failed miserably.

Upon arrival, front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick lasting 5 minutes or so. Room was found in great shape with no issues, and as always, clean. Free breakfast in the am was great and perfect before a continuing road trip. Stayed at this property several times and have not had any issues. We will be back again

A bit old (visible damage on doors, broken nightstand, shower does not drain properly). The courtesy should is nice: it gets you anywhere within 5miles. The shopping center and bars are within that range. This specific stay had construction going on. The trucks were beeping starting around 7am. Too noisy.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was the best we have ever had. The workout facility was also above expectations. There was an incident with one of the 2 elevators on Saturday afternoon. The staff was quick to call in a for a repair and it was fixed that same day.

For the price it was definitely a good hotel. Very clean/nice rooms. Small things broken/weird like the knob for the water tap just coming off when I pulled on it. The AC/Heater either had two modes it felt like (really hot or freezing cold). Other than that, beds were comfy/clean, breakfast was good.

Amazing service from the front desk. Very friendly and courteous. The rooms were big and cozy with all the usual amenities. The breakfast was good and had alot of variety. Only not a 5 star because our shuttle was delayed and we didnt get picked up for 20 minutes but other than that would recommend

Pet friendly, good breakfast, clean beds the room rug is stain but is expected in pet friendly hotel and friendly staff. Took away one Star because pool has some algae and the bathroom was not as nice/ clean as expected from this brand of hotel. Would recommend to stay here if have pet or not.

I fell at the pool sprained my ankle and cut up my knee and ankle. Needless to say I will never stay here again. Some kids slashed water and I slipped and fell. It hurts too!!! The pool is a disaster. Never again. No one even acted. I bet they will once they hear from my attorney.

Nice lobby but the rest of the place is run down. Pool area was a disaster. Broken globes, concrete and stucco falling off everywhere. Couch in our room stained and walls scuffed up. I was really disappointed after it had so many great reviews. Will not stay here again.

Friendly staff. Newer furnishings. Good free hot breakfast. Nice desk. But my room smells like garbage. Elevators are amazingly slow. Claustrophobicly small bathroom. The mattress makes loud "scrunching" sounds each time I move (seems very loud in a quiet room).

Everyone here is very nice, but the property is not very clean and showing lots of wear and tear. Bed has a large sinking spot in it. Management decided to wash the carpets during my stay (no notice of this) and now me feet are quite damp. Interesting at best.

The night staff was not friendly or very helpful. There was a little trash on the floor in check-in. Also, there was mold on the shower grout and the towel rack was rusted. Other than that it was a great experience. I love Hyatt Place in general.

While the hotel is very nice it is aging. There are some hard water stains and room has the smell of age. Everything seems clean rooms are nice along with hotel staff. If there was a remodel this would be 5 stars.

Staff not well trained in how to use gift cards; also doubled billed us, after 2 days of 3 our room key would not work. Food was very mediocre, burnt pizza, breakfast bar not replenished in timely fashion.

Room, food, and staff we very good. I was ready to give a 4 or 5 but when I was cleaning up the room i found clothes from previous guests shoved behind the mattress. Frankly kind of gross.
