I have no idea what the other people leaving reviews are talking about. However, to be fair I left Bank of America (aka the WORST bank of America) and switched the this credit union. They are always very helpful when I call on my account. I opened my account with Mary Weiss and she was extremely polite and professional. I highly recommend this credit union to anyone!

I love banking here. I used to bank with the awful BOA but switched everything to them. They have my personal accounts, mortgage and business accounts as well. The staff mostly knows me by name and treats me like I actually matter to them. I recommend these folks to everyone I can. Fire the big guys - bank local.

The people who work behind the counter do a good job. But if you want to do ANYTHING besides just have a checking account stay away. The people who work behind the desks are very unhelpful, and frankly unequiped to do really do anything. This includes wire transfers, mortgage business, etc.

I too switched from Bank of America (worst bank ever) to Community America and never ever looked back! I have no idea what another reviewer complained about but it must be them because CA has been awesome and I will never ever use a bank again!
