if I could give this company 0 stars I would. Had a policy with them and they failed to inform me that they no longer offer insurance to texas drivers due to the amount of wrecks in texas this past year. Would of been nice to know I would need to shop around for another insurance company before my policy expired.

This insurance company is the WORST in the business about intentionally delaying and making excuses on sending out their checks. They are notorious for dragging you along for 14-21 days before they will even pay you what they agreed to pay. Their customer service is a joke. They are horrible.

TERRIBLE. If you got hit by someone with United Automobile Insurance, you got hit by an uninsured motorist. It is not real insurance. You are better off using your personal coverage than trying to get them to honor a claim.
