I have been paying for the AAA membership for years now and have never been able to get assistance by them ONCE. They claim to assist with vehicle registration but can never seem to know what is needed to provide those services. I have gone in multiple times with documentation in hand and have repeatedly been turned away for one reason or another. I have found a registration company whom I give the same documentation to and I can walk out with my vehicles registered. Reps at this Chula Vista location are not very knowledgeable in their jobs which leads to members wasting their time when attempting to be assisted by AAA. Thanks for stealing my money AAA

What? They are closed on weekends. I could see where they would close on a Sunday, but Saturday too? Please AAA, Stay open on Saturdays and even till 6:00 P.M on Mon through Friday for us working folks. Thanks.
