My wife and I visited the Pew Law Center and retain their services for a very personal matter. I found that this law office and staff was very comforting, informative and overall knowledgeable. Initially in our consultation we were advised that there is life after Bankruptcy and that they would be their to assist and guide us through the entire process. We were then assigned a Paralegal to assist with gathering all of the documents that were required in order to prepare our petition for the courts. I was able to call the law office and speak to my personal Paralegal at any time with questions and or concerns that arise during the process from creditors. The advise was always very helpful and would always put us at a comfort level that all would be well once this process was over. Ultimately in our 341 Hearing with the Court; our case went incredibly smooth and we were done within a very short time ready to move on with a brand new start on life after Bankruptcy. Our very special thanks to Attorney: S. Macleod; Paralegal: R. Quaranta, and Legal Assistance: Victoria Taylor and all of the staff for their kindness and steadfast tenacity in working on our case; we were very satisfied with the Pew Law Center. I would highly recommend Pew Law Center if you need help with your debt and what your choices are. When I realized that bankruptcy was going to be my only option, I contacted employee assistance who put me in contact with Pew Law. I set up an appointment and was instantly put at ease. Mark was very friendly and went over the details. I decided to move forward that evening and I was allowed to pay a bit each month and even changed the payment plan a few times and they were very understanding. The paperwork went smoothly and all the staff I dealt with were competent and extremely accommodating. The email system works great and I always received an answer to my many questions immediately. When it came time to have my hearing, Pew Law sent a great video to show me exactly where the courthouse was and what to expect. Atty Fausette met me that morning and it went just as they told me. Pew Law helped me restart my life without making me feel less than perfect for having to file bankruptcy in the first place. I even needed to contact them with an issue after my discharge and they always answered my emails the same day with great advice. Thank you!!!!

The staff at Pew Law are very knowledgable, courteous, respectful and friendly. Fron the first visit they educated us on the bankruptcy process and what we would need to do. They were helpful and always responded in a timely manor. We found that communication via email was the best way to get answers to our questions. Nataliia always responded promptly to our emails. They made sure we filed at the correct time so there would be no chance of our bankruptcy not going through. We were well prepared for the 341hearing, and it went very smoothly. Scott, our attorney, had all the documentation and was well prepared for any problems or questions that may have arisen. We would recommend this law firm, as they are very efficient in the service they provide.

Pew Law Center advertises on TV, however the difference between them and some entities that use this medium to advertise, is that they deliver on what they say. From the initial phone call to the signing process, I was treated with dignity, respect and as an equal. Their staff is professional and ready to help. Your questions will be answered by email and if needed a personal phone call. Everything has been explained to me from beginning to end and I waiting now on my hearing. I have no doubt that the end result will not be any different than the process thus far. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM TO REPRESENT YOU IN ANY TYPE OF DISABILITY CASE. I hired them to represent me in my disability appeal because they claimed they handled numerous cases and they would have no issue based off the documentation I presented. Throughout my experience with this firm, they missed important deadlines, failed to communicate ANYTHING, and missed their appointment times. I recently just received a copy of a letter to the firm from the Social Security Office denying my claim not because they filed late but EVERYTHING THEY FILED WAS WRONG... AND LATE!!!. NOW? I just WASTED 4 valuable months and I I have to file my case ALL OVER AGAIN because these guys figured they could try to earn $$ from my disability!

I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone considering filing bankruptcy. Pew Law center has been there to answer all my BK questions in a very timely manner, the legal aid who sat down with me was very professional and knowledgeable, the office staff is friendly and helpful. They have given my advice and ultimately reassured me through the process. I hope to have my BK filed and very soon, and hope it is discharged shortly after. Bankruptcy can be scary and uncertain time but the Pew Law Center has bee there then I need them and has done excellent work. I will update my review once the process is finished. I highly doubt anything will change.

Brock Best, Atty...was absolutely the BEST (heehee) to work with throughout the long months navigating the legal process, forms, paperwork, etc. He answered all of my questions in a clear, concise manner....even while sitting in the courtroom waiting for my name to be called. Our lawyer Scott MacLeod was absolutly amazing!!! Scott had short notice and to be able to gather all the information and be ready for trial before we walked in was very reassuring!!! Scott made us feel confident he explained what we could do and what we shouldnt do with giving good advise and explaining everything to us. He must have had good help from his assistant or paralegal. I am so grateful I saw the Pew Law Firm as an ad on the television six months ago and made the call. I was way buried in credit card debt after my divorce six years ago and I was falling behind in payments with the only income of my Social Security monthly income. Pew Law Firm with all their staff was such a big help for a 71 year old women to file bankruptcy with step by step help and reminders what to bring to the courthouse. They were even helpful on the cell phone while I was lost in downtown Phoenix trying to find the courthouse and gave me street by street directions and a 15 minute delay with the Trustee.

After being told by five other Phoenix attorneys that we would have to wait until we had resided in Arizona for two year. Out of frustration I called the Pew Law Firm and met with Mark.
