After 40 years of being a dentist in Molokai, I decided to sell my practice to a younger dentist and retire. Nathan Natori was recommended to me as an attorney with the right expertise to help me in my transition. Being a simple small town dentist not familiar with all the legal things required for the transition, Nathan was such a blessing to me. He was honest and straight forward in everything he said to me. He made it easy for me by explaining everything clearly so I could understand and every response from him was so prompt! I was less than pleased with my initial discussion with Mr. Natori. He did not seem to grasp any of my relevant issues and was more interested in having me sign an engagement letter with a $3,000 security deposit. I am an executive and understand business. He was unwilling to have an initial discussion in order to grasp my situation as advertised on his website. Instead there was a flurry of emails resulting in my disinterest in having any further discussion. He must be too busy to take the time to discuss over the phone issues with a potential client..

Nathan Natori was very helpful in the process of transferring the family property to another family member after our parents passed away. By having Nathan facilitate the transaction by drawing up the purchase contract and representing me (the seller), we were able to avoid brokers fees, and Nathan provided sound recommendations on how best to conduct the transaction. Nathan was extremely patient even though the transaction dragged on for a while due to the family member having to get their affairs in order. I heartily recommend Nathan Natori Law Practice.
