The two of them work with you side by side every step of the way. They are thorough, careful, precise and impeccable when it comes to getting your mortgage processed from start to finish. We called Brian about 4 years ago asking him about what options we had for purchasing a home. He was so gracious that first night with providing me with all sorts of options and what he thought the best was for me. We did not end up buying a house at that time. We contacted him a couple more times the next 4 years without pulling the trigger. He was always gracious and willing to give us his time even after calling all those other times. Most others would had given up on us. When we finally decided to buy, we called many times as we searched other options. Brian and Bri made buying our new house almost fun. With VA loans, buying a home is often a roller coaster ride, but Brian and Bri were amazing. They clearly communicated with us all the way through the process. we always knew exactly what they needed from us in terms of documentation and forms to fill out, and due to their weekly update emails we always knew where we were in the process and when something (like a delay in getting the appraisal done) affected our closing date. They were not only extremely knowledgeable and competent professionally, they were a joy to work with as well. They have my highest recommendation for any mortgage transaction, but especially if you are buying a home with a VA loan.
