In my opinion, things have seriously changed for the worse (see my previous 5-star review below) over the past few years after the departure of service-oriented personnel, such as attorney Ms. DeFlyer and Ms. Barker, among others (notice the sharp drop-off in reviews, which were overwhelmingly positive). Unaccountable, unresponsive, and ultimately unworthy of my recommendation until it is remembered that they PROVIDE SERVICE for their clients for the DURATION of the case. “Focus on service”, “Core Values”, and “Efficiency in the practice of law" With promises like that, I never expected the mid-case lack of service I have experienced , especially from what used to be a prestigious law firm. There is still time left to make things right. Hopefully someone can pick up the mantle and follow through in returning this firm to greatness. ____________________________________________________________ (*****)Friendly, organized, and unquestionably competent.
