My husband and I moved to Las Vegas 9 yrs ago, things went bad when the economy crashed in 2007. we ended up loosing $1,600.00 in income a month, we lived off our credit cards while we fought to save our home, we had to short sell and ended up in debt and in trouble. Seth Ballstaedt from Ballstaedt Law Firm saved our lives!!! we filed Bankruptcy and even though we were terrified at the time, it really changed our lives. We could breath again and the phone calls all stopped. its been 3 yrs now, we have established credit and are in the process of buying a home!!! Ballstaedt Law Firm was amazing through my bankruptcy process. I was so nervous going into their office to talk about filing and I had a million questions; I was so confused about the whole process. After meeting everyone at the office and having my first appointment I left their office with all of my questions answered. Everything next was such a smooth process turning in paperwork, signing documents, and just waiting for the time to pass.
