I had a great experience here. I had minor front end damage on a 4-year-old Chevy Cobalt. As said in previous reviews, Gary does personally handle the job. Personally, as in he is the owner and handles it, and personally as in he tailors the job for your personal needs. I was paying for my repairs, and Gary helped salvage parts that we could save with some work (vs new parts) to save money. We saved wherever we could. My car was done in TWO DAYS and it looks absolutely beautiful, just as it did before. My car has a very nice paint color, and the paint matches absolutely perfectly. He offers a lifetime guarantee on the work. He went beyond expectations by also giving me a ride from and then back to the repair shop. He made the process easy and I explained everything- he made the estimate with me right there and was honest. I felt that everything was fair, and that Gary also did much more than was expected to make the process smooth for me, which he says they take pride in. I will recommend this business to anyone of my friends that needs auto body repair for fairness, excellent service, and excellent work.

Gary is absolutely amazing. My oldest daughter crashed our only family car and we had liability insurance. I was paying out-of-pocket for repairs and Gary was so incredibly helpful to me. He is honest, fair and very willing to help. I appreciated the way he explained everything to me throughout the whole process. I am impressed with the amount of time he took with me to make sure I understood what needed to be done and the process he was going to take to repair my car. He came to my home to give me estimate, followed me back to his shop and brought me back home. There are so many great things to say about Gary and his shop. Call him! He is an auto body genius.

I am Pat Burnet and a senior myself. Gary is a man seniors (and others, too) can depend on. I often feel seniors are taken advantage of when dealing outside their expertise. Gary is a collision shop owner you can trust. Honest, fair and fast with no games or scams. While I was having to deal with doctors and insurance adjusters, Gary was my point of sanity. He got my car functioning and looking great, he even helped out when the rental car folks dropped their ball. Gary, thanks so much you made a potentially difficult process smooth.

Gary is courteous, fast, and does excellent work. He strives to please his clients and does so. I took my car in for an estimate, after someone had hit my backend corner. My car is a couple years old, so the body and paint is still in good condition. Gary gave me an estimate, right on the spot, which was very reasonable. I took it back and had his shop do the repair, and it took only about 3-4 days, and it was beautiful when I picked it up. The bumper was perfect, as was the paint;perfectly matched and overall, the car looked new.

Great service! My husband had a minor repair needed under his car. We came in on a Wednesday, the part came in the following day and we brought the car that Friday. With a short 30 minute wait in a comfortable waiting area, the repair was complete! Gary is wonderful and has outstanding customer service! Definitely deserves the 5 stars!
