Mr. Burt has been my attorney for several years. During that time, he has advised me on the formation of several entities and drafted the necessary documents for these entities. His knowledge and experience are truly exceptional! Mr. Burt negotiated an extremely complicated business deal for me and I can truly say the transaction would never have happened without his clear understanding of the law and his ability to put across our position. While his skills are superb, he is always able to explain, in laymen terms, the issues in question. Furthermore, his fees are very reasonable considering the quality of expertise he provides. I would not think of using anyone else for my business needs.
