I LOVE THEM!! Me and my husband got referred to Las Colinas FCU by the salesman of the dealer that gave us our very first car together as a young couple with credit just barely starting to build up. Since then we have had 5 car loans, 1 personal loan and recently a credit card through them and they have been amazing. They offer really low interest rates (our first car is at 1.99%) and it was easy to get approved. I have referred a few people to Matt at Las Colinas FCU to get a loan or get refinanced and so far they are still customers who have not been denied. They have been able to help with still a much lower interest rate ALWAYS then expected. Me and my husband will be long life customers while they are around and truly grateful the have trusted us even though we looked like high-risk customers. Thanks to Matt Connell who has been always awesome and easy to communicate with. :)

I have been with you for over 10 years and am extremely disappointed with how you conduct contacting your members. THREE TIMES over three separate circumstances have you failed to notify me of my account being frozen due to possible fraud, the approval of a card, and a follow up call about said credit card that I have yet to receive. I call, am on hold for 10 minutes and then I hear someone pick up the phone and hang up on me. Are you kidding me? Not only were you supposed to call me back but when I call after not receiving a call from you for FIVE HOURS you hang up?? Extremely rude and disrespectful.

I had the best experience getting a new loan with Lccu. Connie Sanchez was very helpful, answered all my questions and replied to my emails in a timely manner. I have referred my family and friends to her because of the great experience I had with her. I would highly recommend others to speak with Connie about getting a loan. She is wonderful!!!!

I have been banking here since 1996. Their customer service is SO AWFUL!!! Very DISAPPOINTED!!! I asked to speak to a supervisor more then 3 times and left messages on her voice message since 1month ago, until now they have not respond! I miss the prior staff, THEY WERE EXCELLENT!!!!!

I experience bad customer service on a business account. The bank president will not call their members back. Think twice before using this bank. Great when you sign up but lack in leadership skills or basic Customer service. Teller need more training.
