I have a debt with DCU over an old car loan. I have tried many times to set up a payment schedule with this debt in order to pay it off and improve me credit. However, they refuse to set up a plan with me and will only accept a payment in full. the debt is larger than many people would ever be able to pay at once. I am dumbfounded that they will not take my money monthly to resolve this issue. Long story short the collections agency is ridiculous.

I been a dcu customer over 4yrs I had a little trouble with one or two reps that were just miss informed and made things difficult but my over all experience with dcu I love them and they let u grow financial

Great rates. Fast approval process. The staff was very helpful. I just wish they had branch office hours earlier than 9:00 am.
