My purse was stolen on 04/16/16 and my life history was in it of course. I immediately called card services and reported my loss but someone had already used my information and bank card. This was on a sat evening so I had to wait til Monday morning to go to my Branch at 5505 Kingston pike. I spoke to the nicest lady named Elaine. I was very upset crying and all because I had no ID or nothing. Could not even buy my morning offee. However Elaine was so kind and very patient and calmed me right down. She took care of all my needs with great professional and speed and kindness spirit. I could tell she was a very kind person and some how wanted to thank her for her kindness and smile. SO THANK YOU ELAINE and to her boss, SHE NEEDS TO BE REWARDED. I CAN ONLY HOPE THAT THE DMV AND SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICE WILL BE JUST AS KIND. LOL

Wow! They offer great service. I am a international student with my visa expiring within 1.5 years. I went to several banks including UTFCU where they declined my auto loan just based on visa. ORNLFCU did not have any visa requirement for loan, have a first time auto buyer program and approved my loan and handed me a cheque just within fee hours. The APR was very low, as compared to UTFCU. They won a me as a customer. I must mention Mr. Luna, who made loan processing very easy.

Very difficult log in whenever they change formats. They could not reset over the phone. The rep asked that I come into a branch which is highly inconvenient. Overall poor website and the mobile app is a joke. The result because of this lack of information and training makes me lose precious time to explain for the 3rd time to another rep and this time in person in the middle of my busy day. In the meantime my account is inop. Terrible bank.

Some of the nicest banking staff in Knoxville. Nothing but positive experiences. Online banking is easy to use, and I have my debit and credit cards through them without having had an issue with either. I have had my credit card stolen on one occasion and the bank staff was extremely profession and efficient in helping sort things out!
