John S. Is very professional and proficient in his job. I was trying to ensure a new car and I was having a hard time,because of the Paperwork that the dealership did not provide. John Informed me that he was not going to bend the rules, that it was the Massachusetts law for document to be provided before a car can get insured. But that did not stop him from making himself available to assist me with dealing with this matter. He was very patient patients, he was willing to be on the three-way with the dealers and I to explain the process for getting my new car insured. Because of John the dealers provided the proper document and I was able to get my car so my little boy and I would have a car in the winter. It was nearly time to close and he was kind enough to still give me a courtesy call to let me know that everything was all set,how much my account would be and advise me bout my old plate from the old car. A-Affordable is bless to have John S. On their team.

Theresa Sundara was amazing. I was having a major issue with my policy since May 2017. After the back and forth and multiple hang ups, long wait times, multiple phone numbers, multiple representatives and departments which had no clue you can only imagine how this became part of my weekly routine. Frustration cannot describe how I was feeling. Finally on 7/31/2017 Theresa answered the call. To my amazement she followed thru as she stated she would as I had my doubts as everyone else told me the same. No one else followed thru. On 8/1/2017 we played phone tag and I thought this is it I will not get a hold of her ever. This was not the case. Thank you Theresa I appreciate everything you did for me and I hope the company treats you well. As you deserve to be treated for all your hard work. Dealing with people on an everyday basis is not easy. I cannot express this enough " I appreciate you!"

jean adams is a great asset to them very supportive and goes the distance on the other hand water town i would give a no star ratting they are untruthful they sell u stuff without asking and then lie about who is refunding me for road service they said that the towing comp would send a check in my name and the would call me and i could pick it up but after 6 weeks and several call they said they had the check i asked them to hold it i would pick it up i get there they said they mailed it so when i do get the check its not the tow company it was watertowns check and they said the tow company sent them a check in my name and deposited it in there account can u say illegal but again jean Adams at ext 61675 is top notch the only reason im still with them

What I thought was going to be a dreadful, all day event turned out to be quite pleasant thanks to Michelle Welch! I took the day off from work to get some insurance business sorted out and when I called in to have my policy switched from joint policy to a single policy Michelle made the whole process simple and explained everything in detail. She took her time and was extremely patient with me while I sorted out my finances and gave me her direct line to call her back all while training someone! Michelle has a great personality and was sincere, friendly and caring. Your company should be honored to have such a dedicated person on your staff! Thank you again Michelle!

Last years policy cost me $135..this year it is approximately $180. I asked representative why the change? He said. ..oh rate changes...blah blah. I said can you check on my policy... he then says there is a fee of $45... %30 fee for what? For answering the phone? I went Progressive. .better coverage at $95.
