Bon Air Conditioning Grand Praire Texas is the best company for all you air conditioning needs. They are so reasonable and the service is Great!. I have used them for the past 3 years and will only use them for all my air and heating needs. They do the work right the first time and the cost is fair and reasonable. I have told my family and friends if you want your ac fixed this is the company. Also, the people you call on the phone give you caring friendly service. I had to get my house ac fixed and they told me what the problem was showed me what the problem was and the cost was affordable. I know when they come out they will send a experienced tech that is willing to take the time to find the problem, explain what everything will cost and give me a fair price. Both my AC units broke down over Labor Day weekend. Called Bon Air. They responded immediately. I was expecting to replace expensive parts on both units. I was pleasantly surprised. They replaced a fan motor on one unit and offered to prove it was actually the motor. I was expecting to replace the control board on the other unit. It turned out to be a loose plug/connection. The tech could of easily sold me the unneeded control board. The tech was professional, polite, knowledgeable and most important, HONEST. It appears these attributes flow down from the owners/management. I would definitely use Bon Air again.

I called Bon Air service to request a free estimate on replacing our AC/furnace system and my intention was to compare more than one company . But while the salesperson was explaining to me about their products and services I felt confident that I should have them do the work for us .And I glad I did , JOHN was very friendly and helpful and so was Kyle and the other two guys who were with him . Came on time (very important to me) very friendly and professional and finished the job earlier than I expected . I definitely will recommend them . I wished that they provided more services .

WARNING!!! This company is horrible! I had the worst experience ever with this company! They were so rude very disparate to make money! I was cheated by the company and talked down to. They should not be in business with the attitude those old… people have! Very evil ugly owners especially the old.. Woman there! The really old woman is the one that cheated me out of the money they owed me.

Had an air conditioning problem at 7 PM on a Saturday, and called Bon Air. They sent a service man out within an hour. He found and fixed my problem fast!! He cleaned up after he was finished. I will definitely use Bon Air again in the future. Thanks for the great service!!
