I needed to get coverage, for a short period of time, on a temporarily vacant piece of property. The turn-around time was minimal. I had been warned to expect the worst. I was referred to Alpha/Omega. From the beginning, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. Karen Ragozzino and Mike Aquino helped me to find a much better price than I was fearing. Karen, in particular, walked me through the process, fielded my questions, and dealt with my duplicate and triplicate e-mails ("just to make sure you got it") with great patience. Thank you. A very pleasant experience all around.
