What an amazing dealership to work with. I had called 2 weeks in advance to rent a motorcycle and one of the staff members told me to come in when we get into town. Originally, we walked in and we were told that no bikes were available and they could not help us. As we were walking out, David S. was speaking with my dad when I made my disappointment verbal and he said he would fix it and to wait just a few moments. Somehow he found a bike that was available and was able to rent it to us for the day. It was amazing. This was a special experience because my dad was taking my daughter out on her first motorcycle ride and my boyfriend and I were able to rent a bike and go with them. Thank you for making our family trip so amazing and memorable! This experience was priceless! My boyfriend and I live in Washington but we will be making the trip back to California to purchase our next motorcycle from Quaid Harley and from the amazing salesman (who was filling in for rentals that day!) David!

“The actual buying of the new bike was pretty seemless, using the internet options and working with Kristin and Jeramiah was super easy. I was able to do the credit app on line, and then it was just a matter of coming in and working the numbers that everyone was comfortable with. One of the easiest bike buying experiences ever. I drive farther to get to Quaid, but the drive is well worth it, as everyone in all depts. make it easy and enjoyable. I have and do recommend Quaid HD to anyone in the High Desert.” Absolutely the best HD dealer in the area, they will go out of their way to make sure that you leave there a satisfied customer, from sales to service, parts, etc... every member of the Quaid HD team is there to ensure that get what you are looking for, and leave having enjoyed the experience.

“I decided to buy a new bike and went to several dealerships and checked out if the exact bike I wanted was in stock and pricing. on our way home I called and talked to Eric. which I have bought 3 bikes from before. explained what I wanted and ask if he wanted to work some numbers with my street glide being used as a trade in. within 15 minutes over the phone. The service guy (sorry forgot your name) saw that I was sitting there he approached me ahead of time and began my complete service. Said it would take about 3 1/2 hours. Thats exactly how long it took. Perfect! Very polite and respectful to all my questions. From there I looked around and the people inside were just as respectful and professional. All the employees acknowledge you as a person and not a potential sale. ”

It aware of and asked me if I wanted anything else since I would have a large purchase I could save a little coin. I had been looking to purchase a new set of mirrors so I did it then. I just purchased a new Street Glide from Quaid. I also traded in my Ultra Classic. They treated my wife and I with respect and courtesy, no high pressure... like at another nearby dealer. They amount they gave us for our trade was fair (what Nada bluebook said) and they went out of their way to get us the best interest rate. Kudos to Jeremiah and Erik for taking care of their customers. I highly recommend Quaid if you are considering buying a new/used HD.

I went in for a test ride & they treated me like I was a long time friend. so I purchased a brand new HD-48! I got a new exhaust system & changed the foot controls & then change the foot controls back to stock. Dee in parts department is an angel! The service here is garbage. One of the kids in the service department must have been on his period. Gave him a part and told him I needed it and he started flapping his arms around like a chicken. He didn't know what it was. Then he was rude like I was the idiot. They need to get the lady down at the Riverside H.D. to teach these kids was going on. After they are potty trained.

Worst service ever ..they screw you any way they can i specifically told the dealer how much I could pay and for how long when I walked through the door and when I talked to the loan officer. They lie..lie...lie...just to get your business then your screwed...i will never go back even though I know how to stop someone from screwing me over now...would be a -5 * if possible

Wish I would have gone with someone that knew what to look for on the paperwork. I told the rep I wanted no more than a 4 year loan and how much I could afford per month and come to find out the paperwork I signed was for 72 months. My mistake in the end for trusting people but still deserves a bad review. Services there are ridiculously overpriced as well.

had an issue with the computer on my bike that prevented adding a security system.. Anthony worked with me and made arrangements to fix the issue of the computer. I showed up w/o notice and he worked me in to have the system installed while i waited. Great customer service.
