Performance Auto Collision Of Cutler Bay

This is the worst Insurance Company that I have ever work with. I own a Collision Center and one of my customers was involved in a car accident with a person insured by this company. Starting with the point, that they never answer neither return calls, their customer services is horrible. Furthermore, they pay the lowest rate in the market for for paint and body labor $ 38.00, not to mention the time that take to send the payment. They only covered a few days of the car rent although the repair could take longer.It was a nightmare to work with those people.

Pray you never are in an accident with a vehicle insured by this company. A particularly lazy, ineffective and non-communicative adjuster named Raymond refuses to return calls and takes no responsibility for his lack of effort to resolve an issue. Everything is always out of his hands. When pressed about his lack of effort, he hangs up on you.

DUALLY MONSTER

The worst insurance company I have ever dealt with!! It takes them 3 Days Just to Add A vehicle to my policy!! I took a Fight to Tennessee to pick up my new vehicle for my company and had to stay up there for 3 days just BC had to wait for this LAZY COMPANY to add my new truck to my policy!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAZY INSURENCE COMPANY!!

They are rated B+, the lowest possible rating before considered as Vunerable. Working with this company by itself is high risk! Try another company before you lower yourself to this level.
