The Most incompetent insurance agencies that I have ever worked with. First when I signed up I told the lady that I wanted my payment to come out on the last day of the month(30/31). The lady told that is find - after two hours of paper work was process, she called me and said every thing is good and your payment date is the 28 of each month. It was too late to fix it she said and told me if I payed on the 28 then around the 15 of the following month they could move it to the second of each month. I used some of my birthday money to pay around the 15 to get the date moved. That did not happen - they just took my payment early or something. I just moved to a different State Farm because Jeff and his team are full of idiots. I recommend if you are going to use State Farm find a different agent.

I was so impressed, Jeffs office not only saved me money, but they educated me on all my home owners insurance, auto insurance, and my life insurance. They were very friendly, I would highly recommend them. They even said that they can help with loans for homes and cars. This was totally awesome!
