Our technician exceeded our expectations. Joel put a solar tube up over our living room in April, which immediately lit up our living space beautifully. When he returned in October to put another one in our kitchen, he pointed out the pluses and minuses of its placement. We all concluded that was not the right spot for a solar tube because it would have been too glaring because of the slant of the ceiling. Joel pointed out that we did not have to put up a solar tube in the house in a spot where it was not necessary just because he showed up. He then asked if there was another spot where it could be more effective. He suggested the laundry room, which has proven to be a "Godsend" since it provides light night and day with the attached solar panel that serves as a nice night light. We no longer have to put on a light in that room. Thanks for a job well done.

I wanted Solar lighting in my home. They first set an appointment for installation before I agreed to purchase. Then I spoke with the sales manager in the phone. I agreed to a discounted price. Then the guy came out to install then he tells me it is $100 more for I would then need more tubing? I then told him I will not do it. The installation person acting like he did not care and started whistling and left. I would have thought he would have called the sales manager? I never received a call from anyone so I cannot imagine what he told the sales manager when he went back to the office. The really funny thing is I referred my neighbor and I believe they purchased. Wow! My professional opinion the Solar Guys fall short in service and follow up. If they call me from this Review I will repost on this Review.

My original date had to be changed but an alternative was given which suited. Excellent service, fantastic product - very pleased with the results as are our friends. Installer (Tim) very personable. Job was carried out cleanly and professionally. We elected to take a higher end diffuser which is well worth the extra cost. Lots of advice from Tim. Tim even pointed out the obvious error made by our roofing company when they originally fitted the solar extractor fan. Would certainly recommend and use again as required. Great job great company to deal with and thank you Tim for the care free installation. Credit to the Solar Guys team.

This is such a well engineered product that alsoseemingly happens to be a simple product to install. The Solar Guys were nothing but polite and helpful. However, I was warned that the solar light I had installed inside the Solatube, would occasionally not work. I understand how solar lights work and expected to not get light after a cloudy day. But I feel as though the light is not really worth the money as it often will not shine at night. So, I expected an occasional evening without light. It seems that I am often without the light. Other than the above, I cannot rate the product and The Solar Guys as anything but excellent.

The office and the installation technician took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. The staff was very courteous. The technician was prompt and worked efficiently. He made sure I was satisfied with the location of each unit before he started and questioned my satisfaction before he left. He left the installation areas neat and tidy. These guys are so wonderful that after I had 3 solar lights installed, I had them come back and do 5 more. They are of the highest integrity and can be trusted 1,000% to do excellent work and stand behind their work. Everyone I spoke with had a great attitude and Eric, the installer was efficient, kind and skilled. and they clean-up the "construction-site" well! I highly recommend them to do your install. He got right to work, did everything very carefully, positioned the Solar light perfectly and protected the area where he worked. We had 3 solar tubes installed last week, and they meet our expectations. The house is much brighter in the daytime, and the solar night lights eliminate the need for plug-in night lights altogether. They look nice, too. We got 2 14-inch tubes and a 10" tube. Get the larger tubes wherever possible for maximum light. We like the prism lenses we chose. They make the tubes look like decorator accessories. The Solar Guys sent a great installer. He was fast and efficient.

My roof is new, so this is great. I also chose Solar Guys because they have an excellent rating & every time I call they are always professional & very nice. Pierce work was very professional y done and in estimated time. He installed 2 attic fans - 22 watts in 45 minutes in this hot weather.Work was neat and he was very polite. First he explained to me how he will do the work step by step, the advantages and the warrenty on the fans. Just for your information, half an hour after the fans were installed, an A/C repair man went in the attic and noticed that the attic was not that hot. good job.

Great service. The installer was polite, worked quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up after his work. We have had just about every product Solar Guys offers installed. They always do a great job and have superior products. This time we had night lights installed in our solar tubes and the lights work great. Have been using them for a week and the lights come on at dusk and work all night until the some comes up in the morning.

Great Service. Not bad overall cost. Very bright during the day time. Then loses it brightness as evening approches. We did get the night light and it serves us well. Dimmed enough to walk into the kitchen without putting light on. Waiting for the first heavy rain fall to test it out for leaks. Neighbors installed a month ago. During the Hurricane, nothing happened. No Leaks.

The technician was very nice, friendly, professional and answered all our silly questions. The light was installed Dec 1st, I was concerned about a leaking roof. Gentlemen: The professional who did the installation worked well. The Illumination of the day was good. However, the bulbs initially installed had to be replaced by more bright. However, even then the result at the home office has not been satisfactory, since the higher luminance was directed at the shelf, while the desk of computer not.

The service was excellent and very pleasant person. He knew what he was talking about. The only problem I have is the cost $99.00 for twenty minutes of looking at your installed roof fan that was working fine. He felt bad about the charge but that was what the office told him to charge for looking.
