Alex Cartwright has been amazing thus far in my accident recently. From within the hour of the accident she laid out all the steps that I would be going through from the initial contact with the other drivers provider up to and including the repair of my vehicle. She has corresponded with follow up calls to me ensuring I am being dealt with in a timely and professional manner from the key folks in the process. Finally she has offered me the ability to call her anytime with questions/concerns. The Statefarm agents at this location specifically in Oak Harbor are a solid and professional team of wonderful and well spoken ladies. Special shout out to Shelley Mendoza also as she was our initial agent setting us up in July 2017 and taking care of our automotive (and home) insurance needs. :-)

We were insured by a State Farm agent in Rancho Mirage, Ca and were always extremely satisfied. When we moved to Oak Harbor another State Farm office was recommended. We moved our business there and was very disappointed. We changed all of our business to a different company. Their policies were hard for us to understand and keep track of us. We then noticed that a new State Farm office had opened in Oak Harbor and the agent was Karmin Landry. We made an appointment and decided to change to her agency. She and Tracy are very knowledgeable so we changed all of our business to them. They have been very helpful and we are very happy with their service. We would recommend them to everyone
