Matt came out here today to do my annual service on the heating/AC system. He was very thorough and found that there were issues with the unit. He provided me with detailed explanations of what those issues were and the various corrective action steps that could be taken to make repairs. Matt then got Steve involved to provide additional incite into the proposal process and he also answered many of my additional questions. Both Matt and Steve are very knowledgeable and professional, and a pleasure to deal with. They were very helpful in weighing the pros and cons of all the options available to and made the path to what I feel is the correct decision painless. Both Matt and Steve are strong assets to the Hiller team and provide a great service to customers needing their expertise. Follow on Review: Tuesday morning Travis and his installer team showed up to install the new system along with some enhancements. These guys were also great. They all knew their jobs and what they had to do to make the plan come together. The attention to detail and the quality of the installation was excellent. I am very satisfied with my Hiller experience. Everybody involved was a pleasure to deal with, very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great Job guys.

Rodney was my tech today for my plumbing issues and so far I think he is a stellar representative for Hiller. We will see how impressive he is with addressing plumbing abilities when he is finished!! Rodney competed his plumbing work and everything looks beautiful! Extremely happy with his work and he took the time to answer my questions about everything he did. Seems to be very knowledgeable and capable at doing his work. Keeps client satisfaction at the top of his list. Also has Gabriel here doing some electrical work. He worked quickly and efficiently. Very helpful and patient in answering all my questions. Offered great suggestions to help me decide exactly what I wanted to do in completing future projects. Two great finds for employees of Hiller! Will certainly be happy to use Hiller again in the future. Bryan and Jim came to our house today to do a plumbing inspection. They were very thorough and worked quickly and professionally. Seemed to be very knowledgeable in their inspection of our house. I appreciate their recommendations on how to improve the plumbing conditions at the house and the fact that they were not pushy about my following their recommendations.

I love having Hiller as our home facilities maintenance company. I am very happy that we chose to become a member of their service program for taking care of our essentials like heating/cooling, electrical and plumbing inspections. They have great technicians that really know what they are doing. I also like bouncing home environment improvement ideas off of them to assure that if I persue them I have them to call on to assure all building codes are followed to do a future project right with their staff performing work in their respective specialty areas. I had my essential inspections performed by 3 great technicians who left my home in a condition that I am assured will not give me any surprises. I am thankful to the three today and all the others that have inspected, improved, or maintained our home in tip top shape. Services scheduled within my time frames by wonderful to talk to schedulers, on time arrival with pre arrival messaging of who will be arriving, thorough inspections, and a full easy to understand review of what was done and estimates for making our living environment better in the future. Thank you, thank you, and thank you Hiller technicians!

I had the pleasure to meet Kyle and Tony to do a install of the Nest system. The job these guys had to do wasn’t going to be a easy one because I have a every old home. No adic no basement, just a very very small dirt crawl space. You have to pull your way through a laying down. I had NO plugs on the inside of the wall in the front of my home for power. It was just problem after problem and these guys NEVER gave up. It can be very stressful for the homeowner to have so many people working in there home at one time, especially when they are having to go over every inch of it. But not this group of guys. The determination to make everything work was outstanding. Each and everyone of them took they worry out of it for me. It was an honor and absolutely a pleasure to of had Kyle, Tony and John here that day. Because of these men I all never use anyone on else other than Hiller Co. I just have one more thing to say to these guys THANK YOU THANK YOU John, Tony and Kyle. And Kyle HAPPY BIRTHDAY thank you for the excuse to have cake. YOUR ALL ARE AWSOME

I NEEDED A WHOLE NEW SYSTEM AND ALL OF THE EXISTING DUCT WORK REPLACED. I HAVE USED HILLER BEFORE, AS I AM A MEMBER OF THE HAPPY HILLER CLUB. DANNY AND TERRY WERE AWESOME IN THE INSTALLATION AND ALL REPAIRS THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE! KUDOS TO DANNY AND TERRY FOR THAT!! IT TURNED INTO A VERY LONG PROCESS DUE TO REASONS THAT WERE NOT KNOWN AT THE TIME FOR BOTH HILLER AND MYSELF. BUT IN THE END, THE FINAL RESULT WAS GRADE A+++ AND THEY GUYS AT HILLER WENT ABOVE THE SCOPE OF WHAT THEY WOULD NORMALLY DO. THANK YOU JIMMY HILLER FOR LISTENING TO ME VENT :) TY BRIAN FOR THE SAME REASON. TY ADAM FOR ALL THAT YOU HAD TO DO!!! We moved in to an older house that needed plumbing rework very badly. Called Hiller and Steve Grotts came out to assess the work. We needed a complete re-pipe from meter to house, and a new water heater. Steve quoted me a total cost and time frame. A crew of 5 came out at the scheduled time to begin the task. They were quick, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and always wore shoe coverings when entering my home. Also the crew helped me out on two separate occasions with unrelated chores that went far above and beyond the call of duty. The crew finished in half the time quoted and Hiller even reduced their price to help me finance. I would certainly recommend Hiller to anyone who is in need of plumbing services. Jalon and Tony came to our house to put in some recessed lighting. The job involved cutting into the ceiling and wall and fishing wiring in...not a simple task. They were very professional and thorough in their work. Both men are personable and polite. They answered any questions we had and made sure that we were totally satisfied along the way. The job was accomplished with minimal patch work necessary. It was obvious that they take pride in their work and we will recommend Hiller to our friends. We also joined the Happy Hiller Club and I have no doubt - based upon this positive experience - that we will be pleased with our decision.

Danny H., David S., and Dwayne W. were very professional in all aspects of the job. Also pleasant to talk to and willing to answer my questions. The only glitch was that the salesman, Tom Elam, failed to verify that the old unit would fit out even though I asked him about that. When Danny and David started working on Saturday they found it would not fit without moving the hot water heater. Danny called the office and made arrangements to return the following Tuesday with a plumber, Dwayne W. They all returned Tues and finished the installation. Very neat job inside and out. Definitely 5 star without the glitch.

We are Hiller Club memebers and absolutely love all the benefits that come with the membership. Every visit that Hiller has conducted has been extremely professional, curteous and conveinient. The Hiller staff is extrememly knowledgeable, they take the time to explain what they are doing and what if anything they discovered as well as what the reccomended fix would be. I love the fact that they are not pushy when it comes to getting things fixed or when offering new products. We plan to stay will that happy hiller club for as long as they will have us, Call the happy face truck, you will not be disappointed!

Matt was very polite and knowledgeable in his field. I have been with Hiller several years and always had the same person do my check ups. Unfortunately my guy retired (best of luck to Donald) but Matt will be just as good. He was very personable and professional at the same time. He explained everything that needed to be watched out for and what repairs would cost me if I decided to replace things that were worn but still operational. He also gave me a ball park figure for replacement and some ways it could be financed. Very pleased with my new regular check up guy.

Matt came and gave excellent service. He walked all through my house and showed me how the HVAC System worked. He even checked to make sure that my recently installed smart thermostat was wired correctly. He showed me any future deficiencies and ensured that my systems worked functionally. Matt is a veteran of United States military and he made sure that my HVAC system was working with military precision. I am very proud of Hiller in the fact that they hire prior service veterans. I give the rating an A+! Great service with a smile. Hiller truly a great company.

We called as first time customers this morning (eclipse day) with non functional plumbing throughout the entire house, full of guests. The dispatch service was friendly, polite and kept us up to date w the whereabouts of the 2 plumbers assigned to us. David Hunte and Brian Witzel came out and spent the next 5 hours w us troubleshooting and correcting a blocked septic system in 95 degree humid weather. They were competent, pleasant, neat and very straight forward. Great work and fine people. A wonderful customer experience. We will use Hiller again. Thank you.

Each time that I have called this company, they have told me that I need a "total replacement" on what ever it is that needs to be repaired. This time when I called them they told me I needed to spend over $6,000 on a new AC unit or $3,000 to repair it. I was skeptical, so I called someone else for a second opinion. The unit was just dirty and needed to be sealed due to gaps between the duct and the outside of the house! I paid $250 for a local AC repair man to do this for me. If you are going to hire Hiller, please get a second opinion first!

I had my hvac Unit replaced last week as well as a home surge protector installed. Kyle the electrician walked me through the installation and answered all my questions. Chad installed new filters for me. He showed me how to maintain my filters. James, Patrick, and Terry installed the new HVAC Unit. All were polite and professional. They all cleaned up after working. They all called before showing up at the house. The time quoted to install was correct allowing me to return to work. The work done was excellent and I recommend Hiller.

I had a great experience with this company. My wife wanted a gas range so we decided to contact Hiller for service and I will say that I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism of all the techs that were involved with installation. The plus side of this is Hiller employs Military Vets, which made it very easy to connect with them. Jalon was the electrician and arrived at a moments notice when it was discovered that my gas range needed electricity. Overall a great company with professional employees and top notch service.

Michael Jennings from Hiller Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is the best plumber we have ever had work on our house. Every time we have a problem he is always looking for the best way to fix it and at the least amount of money. He has never tried to make us pay for something we did not need and has always given us options to our situations. He has always been very courteous and honest to us. I truly recommend him for any pluming problems anyone would have. And will call on him again if I have any more problems come up.

We live 14 hours away from our property in Tennessee. Our tenant had a leaking toilet. Hiller Plumbing responded the same day and fixed the leak well after normal hours. The Hiller technician called twice during the service call to provide updates keeping me well informed. He also insured the tenant was pleased with the work before leaving the property. There are a lot of competitors out there. But, when it comes to technical savvy and customer service Hiller is hands down the best in the area.

I was very impressed with their service and felt confident in their diagnosis and the repairs/maintenance services that were done.
