We would like to thank the good folks at Window World for a job well done here at our retirement community in Stuarts Draft. The sales representative, Mr. Craig Wood, was prompt, courteous, professional, and very respectful of the elderly lady that he was assisting. He had a complete understanding of the products needed and made some excellent recommendations. They installed the windows quickly, with very little mess, and kept the work site neat and orderly during the entire process. When we had a slight problem with one of the screens, it was replaced with a new one at no charge to us and without any hesitation. To our good friends at Window World, keep up the good work and you can bet we will be using your expertise and services again when we have another window need. Order placed for Windows and doors in early July. Was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks...Now it is mid-November. Windows were finally installed last week. Doors are yet to be delivered. We have been promised delivery "expecting them tomorrow", "next week" "they are on the shipping list for next Tuesday"... Guess what...Tuesday -no doors! And they want me to pay the remaining half on the Windows! NOT UNTIL THE REST OF THE JOB IS COMPLETED! Windows look good and the installers were very nice, cleaned up after the job. Where are my Doors? Customer response about the doors has been horrid, including being hung up on when called to ask about them!

After comparing prices, I replaced all of the windows in my older home with windows from Window World. I could not have been happier. Now all the windows open, the house looks more modern, our energy bills are noticeably lower, and--most amazing of all is how quiet the house is now. In Harrisonburg, VA there is no getting around the sound of trains at any time of the day or night. Now, with our Window World windows closed, we never hear a thing. It is nothing short of a miracle. Mr. Wood was professional, had a great attitude and was very accommodating. I called him numerous times and he was always courteous and either had my answer or took the time to research and get back to me. The crew that did the installation were courteous and professional. The work was top notch and they were also accommodating making minor changes that I asked for without hesitation. The material: siding, windows and door are of excellent quality. I would use Window World again if I have the need and would recommend them wholeheartedly.
