Horrible service. Every time I call to see if I can get a lower rate for my insurance, They tell me will call me back They and They never do. This place is very unreliable. I Complained to them acerca them not calling me back, They Told Me They will call me back. Well here I am once more writing a review for Same Day Insurance I got my policy with them in June 2016 and they got me my insurance with Access and bad service I pay every month and every month I have to fax in the coverage letter to my finance company even though that I have called SameDay Insurance and Access about the issue over 4 times. And now my car was in an accident and the agent at Access has been clueless about what has been going on about my car repairs had been approved then stopped and once again supposedly they were going to start again and finally on Friday I called her again her response was what did I needed if repairs were going to be done on my car I asked her to please confirm and guess what her reaction was oh no it was marked as a total loss, really?? Im so upset with Access and SameDay insurance for getting me such a bad insurance company. Now I still have to wait for everything to be finalized.

These guys are great, helped my cancel my old policy with farmers cuz that was like 300+ a month, got me insured for under 100 bucks. the guys in that office were pretty fun to talk to while i was there and it was pretty much in and out of there for me :) they gave me extensions on my down payment with them and that was also pretty low considering i have 2 accidents and a DUI. pretty happy with these guys, especially since i sent my boyfriend there and they were able to insure him w/o a license for pretty cheap and they still cut me a check for referring him :) thanks guys, keep up the good work!

From day 1 my mind was put at ease by Gabriel Segarra!!! I came in feeing hopeless and frustrated and he made the process completely pain free and easy. He worked with me even with my prior tickets to get me an affordable policy the worked with my needs and budget. Gabe has never given me the run around. The entire office is excellent at staying on top of informing me of any changes or updates to my policy. Not happy after Rio left. Now the rates seemed to change when it came to their broker fee!!!! I feel like now they are trying to work me for more than need be since I have been there and have come back. If you can find something elsewhere, do so. It will be A LOT less start-up-fee I'm sure... tried to talk to them about it, and got an "oh well, it is what it is".... NOT HAPPY AT ALL..
