Having been in the automotive industry myself for almost 17 years I have had plenty of good and bad experiences but never such a great experience as I have had with Pegram Insurance. Pegram was able to find me the lowest rate out there for my auto insurance. Shortly after my policy was active there was an issue at the dmv in regards to my vin number. The manager, Brandie, personally called me to walk me through the issue. I will continue to work with Pegram and recommend them to others looking for the lowest quote. Learned a valuable lesson, make sure you are reading the vin # correctly and that it matches the vehicle or you could find yourself in a situation like me! thank goodness for a prompt customer service call from Pegram!
