My friend referred me to Marco Pignone III for my immigration case. From the start it was not an easy case. Marco took on my case and patiently helped me every step of the way. I had to go through Federal Court first, which he helped me with as well. My case was very tidiouse and time consuming. We had to go through an elongated trial and many other court hearings. He would always tell me that we had to be patient, to wait and not rush the judge. At some point I went to speak to several other lawyers. They all promised alot and after I took my case to them and paid their deposit everything became just "maybe" and "we Will See". There were no more promises. They even cost sometimes twice as much as Marco. I decided to take my case back to Marco because through it all he was assurring and positive and always did his best to comfort me when I was close to giving up. Even though sometimes it seemed pointless I listened to Marco and in the end he was right. I am very appreciative to Marco and his law firm, Getson and Schatz. I whole heartedly recommend this lawyer to anyone and everyone needing legal help with immigration.

Brian and his entire team was extremely effective, helping me with my green card application. Although my case was quite simple, I chose to proceed the last moment which led to strict time frames in order NOT to affect my job. Brian was very organized, provided us with a very detailed list of our tasks, helped us gather everything, applied right away for my employment authorization (which I got right on time) and thus was very effective and accurate with whole case and time issues. Always clear and concise about what we have to do, gave us the the right directions and support to go always towards the right direction.
