I didnt want to give this company 1 star everyone on here must be on their payroll. My fiance and kids were in an accident back in June he broke his arm lost his job and we ended up losing our home, my kids were hurt, scared and terrified. I called only to have 6 different case workers, made a fuss just to find out who my attorney was and only spoke with him once and never heard from anyone again. I attempted to fire them after 3 months and they hadnt even pulled a police report, my mother in law paid for one and faxed it over so that they would start working our case. They still managed to put a lean out for 33 1/3 of our settlement even though they have done nothing for my family. I have called and have not gotten any answers and still full voicemails, and not even a returned call from a supervisor. I wouldnt recommend this firm to my worst enemy. in the end it is my family qho is suffering the most!! Do not trust these money hungry people! They care more about promoting this place than they actually do about working and interacting with their clients!!

My experience with this firm was THE WOREST . This was my first time I had to deal with a lawyer office but it was not a good one. First you deal with case managers. you NEVER meet a lawyer and they never try to introduce themselves to you. and when I told them I was not happy with the care I was getting NOTHING WAS DONE . Still in pain I d/c myself they do not stick to what they say AT ALL . still until this day never knew who my lawyer is . they are playing around with my case . But I beat if I got surgery are something are let them pull on me are if a BIG TRUCK hit me they would have meet me. I NEVER WANT A LAWYER AGAIN BUT THEY ARE IN GOD;S HANDS DOING PEOPLE WRONG AND MISTREATING THEM.

This is a great office with attorneys who really deserve your trust. I work with them often and I have often come back to my office and remarked how hard they are working for their clients. These are people who seek novel answers to ordinary questions and through their hard work they find creative ways to get very good results for their clients. Attorneys like Brian Mincher were insurance defense attorneys before they came to work at GM and so they know how to work the system to get the best result for their clients. These are good people who work hard for their clients and I give them my fullest recommendation.

These people are clowns. I called them for a consultation after my car accident and they called me everday after between 8am and 9am in the morning asking if I would chose them as my lawyer. As soon as I did I stopped hearing from them. I started with one attorney and a week later some guy name Francisco called me saying that he was taking over my case. Every time I talked to him his response was "it will take about a week to get that info" after a month and a half they did nothing. I had to call 5 and 6 times to get a call back. I eventually fired them. DONT CALL THEM EVER!

When I got into my car accident these people were the first people that pooped in my head, I guess there catchy slogan stayed with me. Well hiring them was the worst mistake ever! I have send the about 3 requests before I get a call back the next day. This whole experience was very frustrating for me and they did not make it any easier. I am currently still waiting for their call with information from my insurance.

I would give them half a star if I could !! Would never recommend them to anyone.. I was 5 months pregnant at the time of my accident and my daughter is now 4 months.. And I have yet yo receive my settlement.. The reps do not answer or call in a timely manner.. I had to keep following up with them! They are horrible!do not go to them! Seriously!
