RECENTLY I RECIEVED A DUI. AS A CDL HOLDER THIS WAS THE BEGINNING OF THE END FOR ME AND MY CAREER. AFTER CONTACTING MICHAEL AND HE EXPLAINED MY RIGHTS AND HOW WE SHOULD PROCEED, I WAS CONFIDENT THAT HE WAS THE BEST LAWYER TO HELP ME ON MY JOURNEY IN THE COURT SYSTEM. MICHAEL NEVER OVER PROMISED ANYTHING TO ME. HE ONLY GAVE ME THE HARD CORE FACTS AND WHAT TO EXPECT. HE SAID HE WOULD DO HIS BEST TO REPRESENT ME.. WOW, DID HE EVER.... I HAVE A SECOND CHANCE AT LIFE AGAIN ALL DUE TO MICHAELS COMMITMENT TO SEE THAT I WAS JUDGED FAIRLY.. THE OUTCOME FAR EXCEEDED ANY EXPECTATION THAT I HAD IN THE BEGINNING FACING MAXIMUM PENALTIES. My charge was battery. I was jacked up with this in Texas (no conviction) and my girl called the law but Lee county let it go; the second time, in Naples, they state arrested me for Domestic Violence (DV). DV is something that is accumulative, I was sure to get convicted and do time. Let me tell you my brother, this guy is a Juris Doctor at this stuff and in two decades has never, ever lost a battery case. He snatched me out of the jaws of the devil and I’m so forever grateful as I was not only free but the state dropped ALL charges; this guy is totally connected.

My teenage son got ticketed for speeding for the second time, both required court appearances. We contacted Raheb and hired him to handle this second ticket(plus a illegal pass ticket) he was very honest from the beginning, told what to do for a better out come, called before court, and after. Got a very favorable outcome one greater then we expected. No points, pay the standard fine and the illegal pass was dismissed. Great firm. Hopefully will never need him again but keeping his number saved in my phone just in case.
