I was a pedestrian and I was struck by a vehicle in the parking lot of Beverage Mart. I was home after my hospital visit and I was watching television and saw an advertisement for Joe Bornstein and I decided to call. I got to talk to a person right away and within 6 or 7 hours I had a phone call from Attorney Alan Harris saying that he was going to be coming down to visit me and evaluate my case. I felt a lot safer knowing that I had someone standing up for me and my rights. I actually think they were quite perfect. They explained everything to me and every time I called with a question, it was answered. I had nothing but good experiences with them. They were fast, efficient and right on top of things.

I had been denied Social Security benefits and I later saw an ad for Joe Bornstein on TV. So I went to his office and they took over from there and we won the case. I was never without an answer for any questions that I had. The office is clean and very nice. We got to use the Internet television and my lawyer would talk to me remotely. We could see each other as we communicated through the TV screen. I was satisfied with everything they did for me. And I was never without doubt that we would win.

Absolutely amazing job done by Amanda and Ben. From start to finish they both took care of every detail and had MY best interest in mind. It was a chaotic mess that they cleaned up. I sincerely can not thank them enough and I will always call here first in the future if I ever need help again. The office had a nice atmosphere. They offered me coffee when I first arrived and I was immediately attended to. During my case, if I had a question, it was answered in less than a day and always explained clearly. They give good service and have a great staff. If anybody needs a good lawyer for disability or any injuries, I would tell them to call Joe Bornstein.
