Luke Rioux with Fairfield & Associates is more than a fair attorney; Hi did an outstanding job! Being out of state person I got a ticket for a double moving violation in the state of Maine. I found Luke with Fairfield & Associates online. Luke explained the process and options I had and made no guaranties. Wow you don’t want to get a traffic violation in the state of Maine! To my surprise Luke got me off both violations. I did not pay hefty fines, no points, no violations, only filing costs, a fraction of what I would be out otherwise. Luke delivered by saving me grievance, time, and money. All with one phone call and a couple of follow-up emails, service well worth every penny in my books.

Luke did an excellent job handling my case. With my somewhat extensive driving history, he accomplished more than I thought possible with the prosecutor (who wanted 45 days) and most important of all kept me out of jail. He somehow convinced the prosecutor to allow me into the Adroscoggin alt sentencing program, which is something that is not normally done for an OAS. He was very respectful and informative. Clocked by aircraft situation; I live in North Carolina on my way home I was pulled over and was told I was doing 85 in a 70 mph zone. I told the officer I was not doing 85 he said take it up with the judge. I hired attorney Rioux and explain to him what happened that I was only doing 78 to 79 mph, he handled the case for me did a excellent job. I did not get charged with the ticket.
