I would like to thank the Parrish & DeVaughn law firm for the professional representation they gave my mother, who was involved in an auto accident when her vehicle was struck by another. What impressed our family most was how good the firm was in providing us with information.They communicated with my mother in a very timely fashion, calling her weekly to update her on the progress of the case. What we thought would be a very stressful situation turned out to be a positive experience.Their willingness to communicate with us was very reassuring. We felt supported and secure. It was a relief to know they were in control. The case is over and we feel good. Note only was the financial result positive but the process was as well. They took the fear and frustration out so she could concentrate on her life. NJ

Normally when you have an attorney they are supposed to defend you, but I guess in my case the other driver that rear ended me is the one my attorney decided to defend. So now I have a very costly chiropractor bill because my attorney told me that I needed to get in there as soon as possible, and then right after I finish my treatments they drop me because the guy that hit me said he was hit by not one but two other people, that no one was able to track down afterwards. Thanks for nothing.

From the time I entered the office until the day I was called to pick up my check the staff at Parrish DeVaughn have been very helpful. Alexi and Megan worked my case and kept me in the loop with everything that was going on. They called me periodically to check on me and make sure that things were going ok. I would definitely recommend anybody going to Parrish DeVaughn for their accident injury needs!

JUST BEING HONEST

I recommend Pepper DeVaughn as an attorney but I do not recommend Barrett Fuller as your attorney from this firm, he is not very friendly and does not communicate well with his clients....Ruby was very polite and very professional......I would also try to get them to agree to a lower percentage for their fee prior to signing (for any attorney charging more than 25%)

Overall experience was awesome! Nash was really helpful with answering any questions I had during the process. Greg also did a good job of explaining how things worked. It was a little diffucult to understand Greg sometimes because of his thick accent, but the staff was always friendly. I definitley would consider using this law firm again if needed.
