Tough to be writing a bad review about a company that did help us out on our loan. The follow through is highly disappointing I would also be very careful if Philip Zangas gets the lone. The main issue I have is during the process we had to get our home appraised, which is normal Philip told us the cost would be 450$. We said no problem paid the 450$ well about a week went by without a call from the appraiser, turns out they want more money 100$. For us this is when the problems started, like a turn used car sells men, Philip says " do not worry about that 100$ we will just put it on the company card no problem." From this point on if there was a sang to be hit, we hit it during this loan, first off Philip thought our home would appraise much higher which it did not, however that is not fully his fault. Over all it took over 8 weeks to close this loan, and again we had to have the house reappraised for FHA which was 100$ more, again used car sales men pitch for that 100 as well. We made it to closing and just guess what was on the closing paper work? that 200$ added to our loan, what happened to do not worry we got it? Our loan closed first Friday of July here we are August 18 still have not either had the money credited back to our load, or received a check. Now let me tell you Philip was one spot to get our information to get this loan going, but do you think he has good follow up taking care of this 200$ not a chance. He first claimed to sent us a check in the mail 3 weeks ago, which I knew would never arrive, now he claims to have sent it Fedex on Monday, but has yet to provide us with any tracking. So in my eyes he is basically lying to us, which honestly would you want this lack of integrity handling such large loans for you I think not. I have left a voice mail for the CEO with no return call, and also have followed up with management, still waiting for a follow. We also do have all the text message saved of Philip promises to make rite on the 200$. Just keep in mind this is the kind of business this company is running, my hope is by making this public they will follow up. I will happy update this post on any update they do, but the one star will remain. They did follow up Kris took care of everything, once it was brought to his attention.
