Could not believe how great of a company this is! After having numerous problems with techs not being able to fix our old furnace, we decided to get a new unit. Looking through the phonebook and reviews for companies, we came across Illiana Heating and Air. We decided to call for a quote. And it was the first and only quote we got! Shelly helped my family find the perfect furnance and AC unit that fit our needs and our budget. She was very knowledgeable and was super nice. During the installation of the new units today, we could not have asked for nicer people. The installers showed up on time and even wore booties over there shoes to not track dirt in. Jeff B and Rick were truly some of the greatest guys that you could have working in your house. Jeff B even showed us how to properly change our filters and use our new digital thermostat. We also had our ducts cleaned by Zak who was a pro at it. He explained to us how how to keep them clean. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know! We thank them for being such a great company! So make sure to call them for all your hearing and air conditioning needs, you will not regret it.

We heard a loud noise coming from the furnace two mornings ago and the house smelled like a burnt motor, so we turned the heat off (It was 16 below zero outside). After calling a technician responded promptly within 3 hours. We thought the blower motor went bad...well it did...and there were cracks in the heat exchanger and condenser. Oh no! Within 20 minutes Dan was at the house discussing options for a new furnace. Two days later, after Kevin did a fantastic installation the house is warm again. They arrived promptly at 8AM, took about 3 hours for the install. The technicians were extremely clean and neat. They wore tyvek booties inside the house at all times, and put dropcloths down on the carpeted areas of the house. Thanks for being so prompt and dealing with everything quickly and professionally. We will absolutely recommend you in the future.

A couple weeks ago I had Dan from Illiana heating and air conditioning out. I wanted to be proactive because my furnace and air conditioner was about 20 years old. I went with a new 95% efficient furnace and a compressor for my air conditioning. Dan sent his guys out they were prompt and courteous. They did a good job we ran into a little difficulty with an off color defuser but Dan took care of it and sent his installer back to replace it. I appreciate the time and effort they took to make the job go well. I will recommend them to my friends.

after explaining all our options we chose the furnace and hot water heater that we thought best fit our needs. They came a week later exactly at 8 am when they said they would and later that afternoon they were finished! How refreshing it is to deal with a company that is thoroughly professional and reliable--and we love it that they plainly have it on their vehicles that they are a faith based company--that means a lots to us also! Great job to all the technicians who helped--especially to Kevin!

Tony was GREAT! He arrived on time and was done in a timely manner. He is very polite and awesome at customer service. I love the fact that he even wears "booties" so my carpets are not soiled. I request Tony for every service call and he never fails to complete my service calls with utmost care. Great job again by this company for us! Casey O. was superb in his knowledge and ability to 1) Initially provide a temporary fix over the weekend since the part needed was special order; and 2) getting the installation of the new parts done with great care (a lot of wires to transfer between the bad and new circuit boards). He also replaced the gas cock to a newer compliant one, which I appreciated him recommending. This company and Casey the Service Technician is a winner!

Service technician was kind and knowledgable. However, do not waste your time with these crooks. 3000% part markup. Had the nerve to try to charge over $300 for a $10 part. Its sickening what some of these outfits are able to get away with. Try the simple fixes first before spending a 100 bucks on a house call to almost get robbed blind!!!
