Excellent customer service, from the time I contacted Arrow Heating & Sheet Metal inquiring about a heat pump/air conditioner, until completion. The day of installation, all of their workers were waiting for me to let them in to begin work. All workers were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. When the job was complete, I was contacted so they could go over the whole system with me before leaving. I highly recommend Arrow and their excellent employees!
