I have been a patient of Heart City since 2009. When I did not have medical insurance, the cost was very affordable. Now that I have insurance, I still continue to get the great care the staff of Heart City offers. I refer many patients to your practice because 1) it is affordable and 2) you provide great medical care, and 3) many people that I refer to your clinic does not speak English and many of your staff can communicate with them. I especially like to thank Jesseca Chatman for the wonderful work that she does in providing health insurance to individuals who do not have any. I feel blessed for having her come to The Window on a monthly basis to help our community. Great work Heart City!

They told us to come on this day called another day to have myself come which was the wrong date made us make another appointment. Never did anything about my sealants or how ever you spell it. Which caused cavities and it just kept adding up. So we went to this new place and they told me I had 8 cavities from the sealants. And the same thing happened to my sister.

If I were able to give 0 stars, I would. My prescriptions are never ready on time. My calls are never returned. I have never been able to talk to a nurse or an actual doctor via phone, always a Secretary. It is very comforting to know that I am in the care of someone with no regard to me as an individual.

The doctors and pharmacists were very helpful in finding ways to cut back my healthcare costs. They went far beyond any other regular dr. office has for me in helping with paperwork and applying for monetary help for meds out of my financial capacity.
