My experience here was all around wonderful. My agent, Orlando Vidal, was knowledgeable, considerate, and he went above and beyond for me. My car was in an accident that totaled my car and involved it being towed away. In the process my cell phone and other belongings were lost. Orlando made sure I was up to date and kept me informed consistently, despite this. Not only did he make sure he was always in touch but he made it clear whenever I stepped into the building that I was a priority. From small gestures like a drink or snack to the timely and appropriate manner in which Mr. Vidal and the office handled my entire claim, I can only be thankful.

Beyond pleased with my experience! My boyfriend and I were referred to Mansour by a family member. When we arrived, Sarah welcomed us with a smiling face and treated us like family. This was our first time applying for auto insurance on our own so we were both nervous, but Clayton made sure we got the best deal and he was eager to answer all of our beginner questions. We were even referred out to another insurance company because our quote was a little higher than we planned. However, we ended up driving right back to this location because of the wonderful customer service we received. I HIGHLY recommend going to Mansour Hasan!
