Over the years I have had several experiences with other Knoxville insurance companies. I was always frustrated that I could never get a live person on the phone when I needed them. Something that was an emergency to me, was nothing more than a phone call to them. It would take a day or two for the agent to call me back. I believed this was the standard method of treatment until I found Knoxville Insurance Group. This agency cares about you and your family and will not try to oversell you something you do not need. Best of all, they are available 24/7. If the situation is an emergency to me, Knoxville Insurance Group feels that it is an emergency for them as well. You can get help immediately! They are not “just another insurance company”, they are the best because they care. Thank you for all you do and keep up the amazing work!
