My wife and I recently changed insurance carriers. We originally e-mailed Karl to get more information in which he was very prompt in getting us all the necessary information to make a sound decision on what provider we wanted to sign with. He also met with us in which he went into great detail on what we would, and would not, be covered for with the various insurance carriers.
