I contacted this law firm for an initial consultation regarding hiring an attorney to file a suit against a collections agency for wrongful collections and false derogatory credit remarks. When I called for my scheduled phone consultation, the receptionist asked for my contact information, employer, annual income, and social security number before they would allow me to speak to the attorney. I gave all requested information except my ss#, but was uncomfortable with that information in an initial free consult before hiring the attorney. When I explained that I was not filing for bankruptcy, but interviewing attorneys to hire to represent me, she stated that they would not work with me if I would not give "the full picture." And this was before ever speaking a word to the attorney. Not sure why an attorney would need to run my credit before spending 10 minutes introducing himself to a potential client.

I was referred to this law firm by a friend to contact Brian & Jon Porter who were quick to help in answering my questions regarding legal advice. Working with them was very painless and I did not feel rushed or overwhelmed at any point in time during the duration of working together over several months. Even after business hours Brian was able to immediately respond to any new questions that had popped up and alleviate any concerns I had so that I was able to have a clear and concise understanding at all times about my case. Not only were they able to answer any and all questions I had, but they were also insightful to explain some things I did not foresee initially. After my pleasant experience with these gentlemen, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with anything law related whether it would be filing for bankruptcy, social security, criminal defense, or personal injury.

Very unprofessional attorneys, in my opinion. I would not recommend them to anyone! I feel like they do NOT care about their clients and have horrible communication skills. The first meeting went well, and then I met Mr. Murff for a follow up, which was awful. He did not seem like he cared about my case whatsoever. He did not call to inform me about the status of my case, like he PROMISED me he would. He gave me his word he would call me by 5 on Friday and nothing. He also did not email me the necessary documents I needed for court, like he said he would, until the day before the court. I had to call and call before getting any response from him. I cannot believe anyone would treat a client this way. I hired a different attorney that actually communicates with me and cares about my case.

Mr. Morrison Bridget is amazing. I have been a client for a while; 2009 I think. she was so helpful and knows how to handle an upset client. jesse murf reminds me of a used care salesman, my original attorney, took me a while to figure out what it was about him that bothered me, but that is it, right on the nail. Back to Bridget, she took my calls for starters, had options for me and walked me through the process I needed to complete in a timely manner. She changed my opinion of your office, she needs a bonus; a big one. cannot score your office and excellent due to all the B.S. I have dealt with, but she rates and EXCELLENT. above and beyond. Perspective clients, ask for Bridget or you might be sorry.

I paid the money to have my case taken care of 3 months ago and after filing the paperwork and being informed on two seperate occasions several weeks apart that they needed more I was informed we should be able to get it taken care of but havent heard back for almost a week. I emailed the lawyer that I had talked to on my initial consultation and got an automatic email back saying he is no longer employed at that office. I was refered to this law office as a friend had a good experience but am very concerned that I am getting brushed aside/
