PLEASE READ THIS!!! if you have any contact from this attorney. To date, there has been over 80 complaints registered with the Better Business Bureau concerning the horrible, illegal and predatory practices by this attorney. This guy is what gives good attornies a bad name. As a matter of fact, there are so many complaints against him, it is to many to list here. He is not a member of the BBB, and he is a regular guest on the Ripoff report for being such a jackass. You know he is a jackass when other attornies call him a jerk online. If you read a positive report about him its because someone who works for him has written it. My best advice is: if you have a problem with an apartment complex, and they hire this ass to represent them; then find an attorney to represent you. There are several who have beat him up in court and hate him. To find one just Google Kirk A. Cullimore complaints and you will have a good start to find the help you need. Also, DO NOT under any circumstances, make a payment agreement with him. He will break the agreement, and then charge you more. PS... This is not sour grapes. I have never had any experience with him. This is just a factual reporting from information gleaned from the internet.

Rude and inconsiderate. I was attempting to work with them because of a because of a bogus claim by an ex landlord from about 4 years ago. I told them I was working with a debt recovery business, with whom I had requested a validation of debt. Instead of sending it to the debt recovery business, they never made further contact with them and instead, sent me the paperwork without notifying me they would not be dealing with my recovery specialist as I had requested. 2 days before Christmas, my wife is startled someone pounding on our door hard enough to cause things on the wall to fall, who outright lied to her saying he had attempted to ring the doorbell. He shoved a summons in her face and said nothing more. I proceeded to call them as my specialist is out of the office for the holiday and the woman that answered refused to be of any help insisting that "this is your debt". Yes, I know this is my supposed debt, which I have issues with and also which is why I was trying to work with them. If someone is attempting to work with you, it might be nice to reciprocate.

I was in desperate need of help and they answered all my questions and directed me on how to pursue with the situation at hand. I also had to leave the country and they took care of everything involved during my absence. With their help, things turned out really well for me and my property. The staff is arrogant and usually refuse to help people very often. I just had a baby & they dont care. Everytime i call someone rude answers, tranfers me & if i cant make a full payment they threaten you with default even though i pay the missing pymnt on top of my current pymnt to keep my account current. Ive never been treated so rudely- especially when this debt was forgiven & than sent to these guys. I cant wait to be done with them, rudest company i have ever dealt with!

RUDE, I have no other word to describe the level of service that I was offered. Long wait times and exceptionally rude receptionists. I call for information and all I get is a long wait, then followed by we will see when we can get to it. I quote "I sent it, it can take up to two weeks" For an email. I assure you if an email takes that long, then there is a problem and internal investigation of the mal practice that this company does is outrageous!
