this company is not good. i got house insurance from them and now that i have a claim they cancel my policy and it been over a month that i file the claim and still no response from them. they are trying to get out of paying for my roof. just because the damage was the day after my policy had started. they are acting like i have control of the weather. Its not my fault that that same night i got the policy, we got hail in my area

This company is poorly run. They sent a collection of debt notice for $36 when my online balance said $0. When contacted, they could not give a written justification of why I owed this amount, but only said that the refund check they sent in the amount of $35.59 was erroneous. Accounting does not take calls and no one would call me back.

These people have prolonged my fire case three months from date of damage, I still can not even start demo because they wish to dispute. They send their own adjusters and then say the numbers are too high and that they are going to send another person over. What a pain in the ass.

I had hail damage to my roof.... and this company came right out, looked at my damage and got it all taken care of within 10 days. I really appreciated their professionalism. I will stay with Wellington for my future home insurance needs.

This company does things without permission The worse experience in my life super rude agents they just want your money even if you have a little clain they dont care I would give them NO stars if it were an option.

Avoid using this company at all costs. They are not really an insurance company but a third party administrator (TPA). They are a middle man that is incentivized to under pay on claims.

This company does things without permission and the underwriting dpt. has some rude people working there. The also take money from your bank acct without permission.
