I was able to be in contact with Sarah, she was patient in my decision making as well as gave me the information I requested immediately. I always feel better about a decision when I have the numbers and data in front of me. Sarah did a great job answering the phone quickly. Sarah always called me back within one business day if not that same day. Her customer service really shows how strong the organization is and makes me feel like I am working with a company that has great integrity, and is loyal. Great company overall, and I cant wait until I can get into the position to need different coverages. That will show how my wife and I have grown since becoming a client of Blue ridge insurance.
